Pricing Information

Our shooting prices have two options. The first incorporates a shooting fee and archival prints. The second incorporates a shooting fee and a CD with a signed photographic release. Prices for restorations, enhancements, and graphics productions are as listed below.

Portraits – Facial or full frame – Senior photos – Families or Groups - Modeling

We feature:

• 1 hour planning and discussion session at no charge
• Location of your choice in either a natural or studio setting
• A choice of multiple poses at the same location
• Choice of Enhanced matte, premium luster, or premium glossy papers
• A 10% discount on matting and framing from Picture Perfect
• Images on canvas available by special order and will be priced separately
• Removal of blemishes, spots, color casts and minor skin smoothing

Shooting fee of $100 for the first hour and $25 per additional half-hour. This fee must be paid at the time of scheduling and is non-refundable if shooting is cancelled without a legitimate cause.

CD Option: CD with a signed release; unrestricted printing and copying - $50

Print Option: Archival Prints (Made from ink and paper that will not fade)

• 4 x 6 or 5 x 7 - $7.00 each (minimum of two per pose required)
• 8 x 10 - $25.00 (first pose)
• 8 x 10 - $20.00 (second pose from the same shoot)
• 11 x 14 - $45.00 (first pose)
• 11 x 14 - $40.00 (second pose from the same shoot)
• 16 x 20 - $100.00 (first pose)
• 16 x 20 - $75.00 (second pose from the same shoot)

Package Price: Any order of 2 or more prints will be priced at the second pose rate for each photo.

Commercial

On site business shoots: Real estate – interiors – in place products

Commercial shoots on site: Fees and prices are identical to Portraits except that large multiples of prints for trade shows and other advertising are priced at a volume rate depending on the amount desired

Product shoots done in the studio: $50 per hour for shooting and photo preparations. Prints or CD options as in Portraits. Large multiples priced as above.

Enhancements

Enhancements: $50 per hour for alterations and photo preparations. Prints or CD options same as Portraits.

Graphics

Same as enhancements

Collages (Montages)

Collages created in the studio: $50 per hour, includes alterations and photo preparation. Pricing for prints or CDs same as Portraits. Pricing is predicated on the use of the client’s photos. The scanned photos will be incorporated into the collage in a manner dictated by the client.

Collages that require on site shooting will be priced as per the portrait shooting schedule in addition to the photo preparation time and the print or CD cost.

Restorations

Restoration work is basically done at the same price as enhancements but due to the wide variety in the condition of photos submitted, the following guide will provide you with a rough idea of pricing for planning purposes

Simple Restoration: $20-$25 - Very small area of damage – photo is in very good condition

• Small amount of scratches or spots
• Minor retouching required (red eye or blemish removal)
• Minor contrast and/or color adjustment

Minor Restoration: $30-$50 – Photo is in poor condition and needs a small number of repairs or enhancements

• Minor facial features damaged
• Moderate scratches or surface cracking
• Small areas missing or damaged
• Moderate mold, water, or heat damage
• Wrinkling

Major Restoration: $50+ (estimate will be provided after viewing the photograph) – Photo is in poor condition and needs extensive repair or alteration

• Portions of the photograph are missing or damaged severely
• Important details missing in face, body area or significant objects
• Severe mold, water or heat damage
• Severe scratches and/or surface cracking
• Severe fading, yellowing, or other staining

Tutoring

Tutoring at our location or your location within Flagler County is $40 per hour.

Tutoring outside of Flagler County is $40 per hour and $.30 per mile (in lieu of hourly charge for travel time).

Stock Photography

Our web site has over 3,000 photos. In addition, we have over 50,000 photographs in our inventory and can provide a thumbnail presentation of a category of your choice. An example might be that you would like to see what we have for lighthouses, European cathedrals, great egrets, etc. A thumbnail page will be sent to you within 48 hours. Upon selecting a photograph or photographs, you will be required to submit a usage statement. A price will be then be quoted. Upon receipt of your payment by check, money order or Pay Pal, an electronic royalty free copy of the photograph will be transmitted to you. Payment of your invoice constitutes a license to use the photo for 1 year from the date of your remittance according to the terms stated in your usage statement.
